By using Brain Play you agree to these Terms of Service. Brain Play is intended for children aged 4 to 8 under parental supervision. Use of Brain Play constitutes parental consent for children in your care.

2. Free Service

Brain Play is currently provided free of charge with no registration required. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with appropriate notice to users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Brain Play for any commercial purpose without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the application
• Use Brain Play in any way that could harm children
• Circumvent any parental controls or safety features
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Brain Play including games, graphics, the Bobo mascot character, educational content and branding is owned by Brain Play and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer

Brain Play is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service. Brain Play is an educational supplement and not a replacement for professional education or child development services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Brain Play and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Freiburg, Germany.
